Proposals to organize high quality technical sessions are welcome. The session chair is completely responsible for receiving, revieweing, and making accept/reject decisions and informing these decisions to the authors and also to the General Chair as per the deadlines. Each session has few accepted papers. Session chairs' names will be designated as the associate editors of the conference proceedings.
