Proposals to organize technical sessions are welcome. Please submit the following information: name and address (including E-mail) of the session proposer, title of session, and a brief description of the topic of the session. Also submit a brief description on how the session will be advertised. Generally session chairs receive papers from their colleagues and professional friends whose work is known. Please e-mail the proposals to the Conference Chair (see contact information). 

Each technical session contains few papers. The names of Session Chairs will be designated as associate editors of the conference proceedings.
