The maximum time available for an oral (regular) presentation is 15 minutes. This include around 12 minutes of speech/demo followed by 3 minutes for questions & answers.  Bring your material on a floppy disk and a CD both.

Authors presenting the posters may bring up to 9 (A4 size) pages of their material. The posters will be displayed for the complete day. Organizers will provide the necessary material for displaying the posters.
