Prospective
authors are invited to submit draft copies of their papers (written in
English language) electronically to the Conference Chair (see contact information)
by the due date. A paper can be submitted as an attachment to an email
addressed to the Conference Chair. Authors should use the style files or
MS-Word templates as provided by the Springer
Lecture Notes to format their papers. The length
of a submitted paper should not exceed 14 pages. Short papers and work
currently under progress are also welcome. The papers must
be in either PDF or MS-Word format only. Hard copy submissions WILL NOT
be accepted. The pictures/diagrams/graphs etc. may
be in colors.
The first page of the draft paper should contain: title
of the paper, name, affiliation, postal address, and E-mail address for
each author, including the name of the author who will be presenting the
paper (if accepted). If the author(s) don't prefer their names and other
personal details to be revealed to the reviewers then don't include these
personal details on the draft paper, but send a separate title page containing
these details (including the name of the author who will present the paper,
if accepted) along with the draft paper. The title page won't be sent to
the reviewers.
The first page should contain a maximum of 5 keywords
most appropriate to the content. The authors should also indicate whether
the paper is research-based or an application oriented one, so that the
paper will be placed in appropriate section.
We encourage students to submit papers on their ongoing
work. Those papers will be reviewed according to suitable criteria. If
at least one of the authors of a paper is a student and if the authors
want their paper to be in student section then please type "student paper",
just below the title of the paper. There is a separate section (both in
the conference and in the proceedings) devoted to student papers.
All submitted papers must not have been previously published
or currently submitted for publication elsewhere.
Please contact the Conference Chair if you have questions
on submission or formatting the papers.
