Note: The authors SHOULD bring their presentations in a flash drive (i.e., pen or pencil drive) or a CD (Zip drive and Floppy will not be acceptable). The authors can bring their presentations in any one of the three formats: Microsoft WORD, Microsoft PowerPoint, and PDF (note that bringing the presentation in PowerPoint format is preferable. Just for the sake of safety, bring a PDF version of your PowerPoint in case the PowerPoint do not open due to any reason). The conference rooms have Microsoft Windows computers connected to LCD projectors. Make sure your presentation is Microsoft Office 97-2003 compatible .

Before you departure from your place, please email the presentation (in PowerPoint and PDF formats) to your own email account so that you can download (at the conference venue) and use it in case you lost the flash drive/CD on your way.
